With all the new higher vibrating energy moving into our world, there are lots of opportunities to manifest abundance with ease!   Our sessions will include Divine guidance with practical coaching strategies to empower you to manifest an abundant life you love! 

Each month, we will focus on a different topic area following the chakra centers.  During our 90 minute in person meetings, you will:

The Ascension Club

Are you in experiencing a lot of changes, both inside and out?

Do you sometimes feel confused, frustrated, or unhappy but you aren’t sure why? 

Are you experiencing unusual physical symptoms that come and go? 

Do you feel like you have lost your ability to set goals? 

Do you alternate between feeling peaceful and happy to miserable without any apparent cause? 

Do you feel less able to make quick left-brain decisions?

You are not alone!  The Earth is going through a major transformation and this change is affecting all of us energetically, emotionally, mentally and physically.  While the change is helping us go through the experience of spiritual ascension so that we can resonate at a higher frequency (yes, this is a good thing even if it doesn’t feel like it at the moment), the process of the change can be very unnerving! 

One of the tips I received intuitively to help was to spend more time with others who are vibrating at a higher frequency.  The Ascension Club has been created to offer this support.  Join us and be uplifted and empowered!

Club Details

One hour club meetings will include... 

Spiritual Discussion:  We will be using a Native American spread from Native American Medicine Cards by Jamie Sams and David Carson as the program outline.  The topics will correlate with the directions (North, South, East, West, Within, Above, Below, and Right/Left).  Each direction has a specific focus connected to spiritual growth (see below).    Discussion will focus on the directions and the individual focus points. 

Group Meditation:  As part of the meditation experience, each member will have the opportunity to discover their personal totem animal connected to the focus direction that we are discussing for that meeting.  Each animal has attributes that will provide insight into the individual’s spiritual path.


Closing Meditation/Prayer:  We will end with a closing meditation/prayer.   The in person groups will end with a meditative labyrinth walk.
